Plan to Stay & Work in Serbia for a While: You Will Need Two Permits

If you plan to live, work, or run a business in Serbia for more than 90 days, the essential next step is obtaining a Temporary Residence Permit. If You plan to pay yourself, or your employees a salary, you will need a work permit too.

To get started, we only need:

• Passport Copy
• The Personal Photo
• Evidence of having means of support
• Evidence of health insurance
• Rental Agreement
• Proof of Registration of a Business in Serbia or Proof of Employment
• Proof of Educational Quailiffications

• Application to the Ministry of the Internal Affairs
• Application to the National Employment Agency
• Communication with the authorities
• Representing at the delivery of the certificates

You only need to be present for:

• Taking the certificates from the authorities
