TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“Terms of Use“) apply to the services of Start-Serbia.com (“Start-Serbia“) accessed via the online Platform (“Platform“). The Terms of Use also apply to Services accessed through any other application or obtained through direct communication. Your use of the Services is governed by these Terms of Use. Start-Serbia may amend and modify the Terms of Use at any time without the obligation to specifically notify you. It is your responsibility to regularly check the current version of the Terms of Use.

PROVIDING SERVICE

The services can only be used for legal purposes, within the limits of mandatory regulations, public order, and good customs. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in connection with Your use of the Service. The relationship between us and you has a legal, ethical, and professional dimension and it is your duty to act within the limits of behavior determined by our employee, or a consultant working on our behalf, with whom you cooperate. Any conduct by you that in our judgment violates these Terms of Use in any way may result in termination or termination of the Services, or removal of your account, with or without notice.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old. You are not entitled to use the Services if you have previously had any Start-Serbia’ Service canceled or terminated for non-compliance with the Terms of Use.

ACCOUNT

You agree to provide accurate information when and after creating an account, to maintain the security of your account in such a way that you will not reveal your password, or allow the use of the account by a third party, to notify Start-Serbia without delay if you suspect that the security of the account is compromised, and to take responsibility for all activities performed through your account, including the risk of unauthorized access.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

You may not upload, use, compose, transmit, store, display, distribute, share, or otherwise make available any content, description, or information related to the use of the Services:

• which is prohibited by the business entity that owns that content, description, or data;
• which is illegal or which commits or enables the commission of any criminal act, economic offense, or misdemeanor, or which may lead to civil liability;
• which may lead to the risk of your injury, injury to another person, injury to an animal, or violation of property rights;
• which is obscene, pornographic, indecent, and sexually explicit;
• that depicts explicit violence, or refers to any threats to commit violence;
• that is offensive, harassing, tortuous, or otherwise inappropriate for others;
• which is racist and threatens the rights of ethnic communities;
• which you have no right to dispose of;
• which you know to be untrue or
• by which you threaten the intellectual rights and property of others.

LIMITATIONS ON USE OF THE SERVICE
You are solely responsible for your own conduct in connection with the Services. You must not do the following:

renting, lending, selling, and subleasing the Services;

using the Services to create your own derivative Services;

distributing the Services or making the Services available over a network, so that they can be used on multiple different devices at the same time;

modifying, disclosing, or modifying any Service, in whole or in part;

removing, altering, or obscuring proprietary rights notices or markings on and in connection with the Services;

using the Services in a way that could negatively affect other users of the Services, or that could affect the functionality of the Service;

attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;

impersonating or using the Services by misrepresenting your affiliation with others;

creating a competing product or service, or copying any functionality of the Service or

disclose to a third party any analysis related to the Service.

If you breach any of the obligations stated in the previous paragraph, your right to use the Services will immediately terminate automatically.

FEEDBACK

Start-Serbia may periodically request feedback from you regarding your experience using the Services. You agree to waive any rights to any feedback provided.

NOT PERFORMING PUBLIC SERVICES

Nothing provided to You through the Service constitutes a public service, which is exclusively provided by competent state authorities. Start-Serbia is not and cannot be responsible for the impossibility of performing the Service, due to the negative response of the competent state authority to the submitted request, due to the failure to meet the conditions for approval of the request for reasons for which Start-Serbia and the hired consultants and third parties who perform the Services on our behalf are not responsible (failure to submit appropriate documentation by the User, submission of incorrect or incomplete data by the User, concealment of important circumstances important for the successful execution of the service, etc.).
